From the first idea to the final handoff.

  1. Design the print menu

Choose artwork, item colors and placements that belong to the same event story.

  2. Plan the peak

Use the busiest participation window to discuss staffing and equipment, not just the total event duration.

  3. Print, finish, hand off

Keep the production area organized and the pickup point obvious, so the making stays enjoyable to watch.

A few useful answers.

Do you print DTF film on site?

Our event DTF format uses transfers prepared ahead of the event and heat-applied on approved garments at the station.

How many shirts can we print?

Output depends on the method, artwork, staffing, equipment and guest flow. We scope it using your actual participation target and time window.

Can we offer several designs?

Yes. Artwork preparation and stock for each option need to be planned before the event.
